VistaLuxe AL LINE

The strongest fit for a modern Sarasota waterfront. All-aluminum and thermally broken, built for clean lines, large glass expanses, and floor-to-ceiling views. It includes push-out and inswing casements, direct sets and geometric units, tilt-turns, and multi-slide and lift-and-slide doors. This is the line for a glass-heavy contemporary home.

VistaLuxe WD LINE

The warmer modern option. An aluminum-clad exterior for lower coastal maintenance with a wood interior for a more organic, luxury feel, and large glass-wall configurations. It offers crank-out casements, awnings, direct sets, outswing and French doors, complementary sliding and folding doors, and stationary sidelites.

Ultra Series

The best all-around traditional and transitional coastal estate line. A wood interior with an extruded aluminum exterior, more than 50 exterior colors and finishes plus custom hues, Low-E and specialty glass, divided lites, and impact-performance options. Door options include inswing and outswing French, sidelites, TerraSpan lift and slide, sliding, and folding doors.

Forgent Series

The practical coastal and replacement workhorse. Built on Kolbe’s Glastra material with welded sash and frame construction, available with Glastra or wood interiors, and offered with energy and impact options for new construction or replacement. It includes casements, awnings, double-hungs, sliders, direct sets, impact mullions, and complementary sliding and multi-slide doors.

Heritage Series and Impact Options

Heritage Series is the all-wood line for historic, classic, or architecturally detailed homes, beautiful, though right on the coast it asks for more maintenance, so we’ll talk through whether it fits your exposure. Across these lines, Kolbe’s impact-certified options are independently tested and keep a similar look to non-impact products, with no obvious rods or extra locks. The key detail: impact approval is configuration-specific, tied to the exact size, glass, anchoring, and design pressure, so we confirm the right Florida Product Approval for your opening rather than treating impact as one universal checkbox. We’ll fit Kolbe into your wider plan for impact windows and hurricane protection, and talk through Low-E glass and SHGC for sun-facing walls.
